Once our Customer Care Team have reviewed your enquiry and provided a response, you will receive e-mail notification prompting you to login and view the response. If you have been asked for additional information or simply need to ask further questions you will have the option to reply.
To view your enquiry response:
Click the link contained within the text of the e-mail notification you have received and login or;
1) Once logged in, click in the top right corner of the page.
2) Now click the tab under the 'Help Centre' heading towards the top of the page.
3) From here, you are able to view all Open and Closed enquiries raised from your account. To view our response and reply (if required), simply click the icon to the far right of the respective enquiry ID.
In order to reach a swift resolution to your query we would urge you to maintain all communication through the original enquiry that was raised.
