When using our on-line enquiry system, you will be required to login so we can trace your account and hold as much information to hand as possible to verify your identity and answer your complaint efficiently. Once your enquiry has been successfully raised you will receive an automated e-mail reply to confirm that we have received your enquiry and we will contact you shortly thereafter with a response once all matters have been fully investigated.
We take all feedback and issues concerning the Parkmobile service extremely seriously. Your complaint will be dealt with quickly and professionally, and depending on its nature will directed to the correct department for a prompt resolution; or if necessary escalated to the Management Team for their comments.
