In the unlikely event that you have used the service correctly, parking in accordance with all rules but still received an Infringement Notice, you should dispute the case in writing to the enforcement operator and/or authority that issued you with the notice. As long as all session based information such as the license plate, location and duration in which you parked are 100% accurate, you should not encounter any problems using the Parkmobile service.
Unfortunately the issuing enforcement operator and/or authority will not allow us to intervene with any aspect of the dispute process, as it is their strict policy that you contact them direct.
If you had definitely paid with Parkmobile at the time of issue you should supply a copy of your parking history and Tax Receipt as evidence of purchase to the issuing enforcement operator and/or authority. Your entire parking history is available from the 'Receipts' page of your on-line account.
