    How do I add a vehicle?

    You are able to add a vehicle to your account by telephone, on-line or via our mobile apps. 

    To add a vehicle:

    Telephone (New Customer)

    When calling for the first time the opening prompt will ask you for your license plate, the colour and make of the vehicle.  You will be required to enter this information using a speech recognition software and speak to speak "Yes" to add the vehicle to your account and proceed with the booking.

    Telephone (Existing Customer)

    When calling as an existing customer the opening prompt will firstly offer you your last parked vehicle at the same location.  To park the same vehicle as last time at another location select option '2'.  To add a new vehicle you will need to select option '9' to then be asked for your license plate, the colour and make of the vehicle.  You will be required to enter this information using a speech recognition software and speak "Yes" to add the vehicle to your account and proceed with the booking.

    On-line

    Once logged in to your account, open the vehicles menu by selecting 'Account' in the top right corner of the page followed by 'Vehicles' from the displayed options.  Under the heading 'My Vehicles', click 'Add a Vehicle' to enter the new vehicle details and complete each detail before saving. 

    Mobile Apps

    Once logged in to the app, tap the menu key in the top left corner and 'Account' from the displayed options.  Now tap 'My Vehicles', click the plus symbol in the top right corner of the page to add a new vehicle and complete each detail before saving. 

    We will allow you to store an unlimited number of vehicles to your account.  It is always a good idea to make sure your stored vehicle list is up-to-date.
