    I've parked the wrong vehicle using the app - what do I do?

    If you have activated a session for the wrong license plate in error and realise within 15 minutes of the session being created, you can amend the active session vehicle using the 'Change vehicle on active session' Popular question found in our on-line Help Centre; accessible also via our mobile site and apps.

    If your request is submitted after the allowed 15 minute window has expired you will be unable to make changes to the active session vehicle yourself.  We ask in these instances that you stop the session immediately if parking in a Start/Stop location and start a new parking session with the correct details or purchase a new session for the correct vehicle in a Buy Time location. 

    Unfortunately you will be charged for the initial parking session (if rates are applicable in the zone at the time of starting the session), so we must stress that you do please double check your session details before starting a parking action.
