The first time you use Parkmobile, we automatically register an account using your mobile number against all services (telephone, web and mobile apps) so that your details are stored and on offer to you the next time you come to park. This means there is no requirement to register your details after you have already called or made a payment with us historically to access on-line services to recover a Tax Receipt or our mobile apps to make parking even easier!
When registering via our automated telephone service or Android app you can login with the last four digits of your stored payment card. If you first registered on-line or via our iPhone app then you would have set your own Password and must use this Password to login to your on-line account.
If you do not remember your login details you can request to reset your PIN or Password using the respective or
links found on the 'Login' page. You will be required to select a Security Question and provide a valid answer to be sent a reset link.
We would recommend that you add noreply@parkmobile.com.au to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive all e-mails from us and check your Junk/Spam folder for delivery on the first occasion if the e-mail does not directly reach your Inbox.
