The first time you pay for your parking using the automated telephone service you are given the opportunity to discover more about the text messages available and required to set your default SMS Settings for all use of the service. You are additionally required to set your default SMS Settings when registering on-line or via our mobile apps. These messages are charged at ¢25 per text.
You can amend your SMS Settings at any time by:
1) Once logged in, click 
in the top right corner of the page and select 
from the displayed dropdown options.
2) Under the 'SMS Settings' heading, click the respective box to tick or untick the text messages you do/do not wish to receive and 
to instantly apply the changes.
You can also amend your SMS Settings from the 'Account' pages of our mobile apps or swap SMS alerts for an e-mail equivalent.
Any amendments will take immediate effect for the next time you park with Parkmobile.
