    How do I de-activate my parking session?

    Whether you are able to stop your parking once activated is dependent on the location in which you are parking and whether our Buy Time or Start/Stop system is in use.

    If you were asked to specify the duration of your stay upfront (known as Buy Time) then you will not be able to de-activate your parking.  Our Start/Stop system, where offered, allows you start your parking on arrival and stop at the time you leave.

    You are able to stop your parking by calling the same number you used to park, on-line (including our mobile site) or within our free to download mobile apps.
